Written Content: AI Assisted (e.g., research, brainstorming, editing, and refining copy for clarity and impact).Design & Imagery: AI Assisted (e.g., image enhancements, minor touch-ups, and graphic design support).Audio & Video:Audio: AI Assisted (e.g., automated transcripts, audio enhancement, and editing software).Voice: AI Assisted (e.g., text-to-speech tools for select use cases, but not in place of real voices for live coaching or training).Video: AI Assisted (e.g., AI-powered video editing, captions, and minor refinements).Coaching & Consulting: AI Assisted (e.g., summarizing key concepts, generating insights, and structuring resources—final advice always comes from human expertise).Course & Training Material Creation: AI Assisted (e.g., developing outlines, summarizing concepts, and content drafting—final courses are reviewed and delivered by our human team).MVA's use of AI: We train our Marketing VA's to utilize AI to fast-track some of their work but a human is always involved in the final product.
Defining AI Usage in Our Content
We categorize AI involvement in our work as follows:
AI-Assisted – AI tools are used for support (e.g., organization, editing, refining content, or structuring ideas), but a human leads the creation process and has significant input (at least 50%).AI-Generated – AI plays a role in creating the work, including idea generation, structuring, writing, or execution (over 50% AI involvement). In these cases, a human still reviews and refines the output to maintain quality and brand consistency.
