Six Figure Business Coaching, LLC (also referred to herein as “Six Figure Business Coaching”) may collect two different types of information, Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) and Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”). PII that we collect is information that identifies you as an individual – and includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information, billing address and shipping information. Non-PII is aggregated information, demographic information, IP addresses, user behavior data from web interaction metrics tools and other information that does not reveal your specific identity. PII and Non-PII may be collected anytime you access or use a Six Figure Business Coaching website. PII and Non-PII may also be collected by Six Figure Business Coaching during in-person discussions, telephone conversations, and electronic or other written communications. Six Figure Business Coaching also collects information via cookies; blocking cookies may render you unable to access certain Six Figure Business Coaching products, services, or websites.

Six Figure Business Coaching uses PII to respond to your inquiries, provide you with services you have requested, keep you informed of services Six Figure Business Coaching thinks may be of interest to you, and otherwise personalize your experience with Six Figure Business Coaching, and other reasons. Additional Love Your Profit Privacy & Security Terms

Participants in Love Your Profit and related bookkeeping programs acknowledge and agree that the Program may involve the sharing of financial information, bookkeeping records, software access, reports, business information, and communications with the Company, contractors, Bookkeeping Virtual Assistants (“Bookkeeping VAs”), and third-party software providers.

Financial Software Access and Security

Participants are solely responsible for determining what financial information, software access, permissions, login credentials, and account visibility are granted to any Bookkeeping VA or third party.

Participants acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for:

maintaining secure passwords,

enabling two-factor authentication where available,

limiting user permissions appropriately,

reviewing access permissions regularly,

and safeguarding financial account access.

The Company strongly recommends that participants avoid sharing unnecessary administrative access or sensitive financial credentials whenever possible.

The Company shall not be liable for:

unauthorized access,

hacking,

phishing,

fraud,

wire fraud,

malware,

stolen credentials,

identity theft,

financial losses,

data breaches,

or damages resulting from participant negligence, third-party actions, or misuse of credentials.

Cybersecurity Disclaimer

While the Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect information, no internet-based system, software platform, cloud storage provider, communication platform, or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with:

electronic communications,

cloud-based bookkeeping systems,

third-party software,

remote access tools,

and internet-based financial platforms.

The Company does not guarantee the security, availability, uptime, or uninterrupted functionality of any software or platform used in connection with the Program.

Third-Party Software Disclaimer

The Company may recommend or utilize third-party software providers and platforms including, but not limited to:

QuickBooks,

Xero,

Wave,

Stripe,

PayPal,

HighLevel,

Zoom,

Trello,

Slack,

Google Workspace,

Dropbox,

Descript,

Canva,

and similar tools.

Use of third-party software is entirely at your own risk and subject to each provider’s own terms, privacy policies, and security practices.

The Company shall not be liable for outages, breaches, software failures, inaccuracies, interruptions, or damages caused by third-party providers.

AI Usage Disclaimer

From time to time, the Company, contractors, software providers, virtual assistants, or participants may utilize artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools or automation technologies to assist with workflows, organization, categorization, communication, summaries, or operational support.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.

Participants remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all financial information, bookkeeping records, categorizations, reports, and business decisions.

The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

Backup and Export Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for maintaining backups and exported copies of important records, including:

bookkeeping data,

financial reports,

receipts,

communications,

tax records,

and software exports.

The Company does not guarantee permanent storage, retention, or recovery of any participant data, reports, files, or communications.

Participants are encouraged to regularly export and securely store copies of important business and financial information.

CPA and Professional Advisor Recommendation

Participants acknowledge and agree that the Company strongly recommends maintaining an ongoing relationship with a licensed CPA, accountant, tax professional, attorney, or other qualified advisor.

The Company, its representatives, coaches, contractors, and Bookkeeping VAs are not acting as the participant’s CPA, accounting firm, fiduciary, attorney, or financial advisor.

Participants are solely responsible for reviewing financial records, verifying bookkeeping accuracy, approving categorizations, ensuring tax compliance, and making all financial, legal, payroll, and tax-related decisions.

Six Figure Business Coaching reserves the right to change this privacy notice, which changes will become effective upon posting of the revised notice on https://SixFigureBusinessCoaching.com/privacy-policy, or upon emailing of the changes to You at the email address You provided to Six Figure Business Coaching, or as required by law.
